My First Day As a Lead CCS

Stressed? definitely not :)


The petiks days are gone. It's time to get things in motion!
Today is officially my first day as a Lead CCS. My first challenge is going to work earlier than the usual. But it was never been a problem to me. Around 6 am i already in the office waiting for agents to come in. Its a bit inconvenient for me to start the day because I cannot log in to the system. Things like this do happen but it must not stop you from doing things.
Today I was bombarded with new concept and techniques that I never had a chance to used when I'm an agent. I'm so glad to have this job finally after four times of misfortune.
It's something new.. a path that will make me grow as a person and as a professional. I'll meet new people and gain more friends. I miss my previous teammates and friends but my care for them doesn't even changed.
I'll never let this opportunity just go so I'll do my best to learn and share what I know. In time I'll make things properly and extend myself to the berst of my ability.
Now I'm home and ready to rest. Tomorrow will be another journey. I'll be strong.. I'll be open minded.. I'll be fine :)
