The Snatcher, The Crocodile Police and the Cab Driver

This is one of the unexpected experience that I had encounter for sometime.

Going to work is none of the usual except that a "rugby kid" tried to snatch a bag from a working lady that is screaming for it. The lady did not let go of her item and the kid had loose grasp of the bag. Innstead of going after the lady, the snatcher ran on a different direction with a balisong on his hand.

While eating with my peers, a man approached us with a disturbed and disheartened tone. Asking if it is fine to stay in the fastfood. We ignore them once but he asked again and we answered back with a simple "Yes". Then he shared his story : the Thai man was robbed by a guy and got away with his money working visa and important document. He went to the police station to file a compaint and filed a complaint. The crocodile Police asked for a payment of $150 dollars (whatta! bwaya talaga!!) and accompany the Thai man to his embassy. The Thai Embassy is already closed so the crocodile police just dropped this man to Chowking near where I work. He asked a favor for us to call his company in Rosario, Cavite to pick him up. We feel sorry for the man and tell him that we will do our part.

Going back to work. we are still bugged with what happened. A cab driver droved to the wrong lane, almost hitting a group of people. On our way accross the street a loud noise struck the smokers outside of the building. there was an acident. Until now I cant move on and i had a chat my friend and she said...

Jen: Ok lng yan, thank GOD na lang at we weren't in the wrong place at the wrong time..
Moi: yeah thats tru if one thing did not happen exactly it was we may end up to one of those incident
Jen: That's fate I guess...
