Some things happen unexpectedly - and that make things extra special. Our team bagged this award without us really having it in mind. especially that fact that we were thought of being the team with most escalations.... But the management think otherwise. Congratulations Team CSA for bagging the IBM Daksh Ovation Award for the Top Team for the First Quarter 2010. Well deserved!
